With over 20 years of experience serving clients of all ages and health levels, I bring a holistic and personalized approach to senior wellness. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Certified Personal Trainer, I specialize in building trusting relationships where clients feel truly seen and heard. My passion for learning ensures I stay current with the latest research to provide the best tools and guidance.

I deeply respect and admire seniors for their wisdom and resilience, and I am dedicated to helping them thrive with energy and independence in this important stage of life. My Approach to Senior Wellness
