2 in-home sessions per week (~60 minutes each)
Half of each session is movement, tailored to current fitness level
Half is education and strategy, teaching the Stair-Step Method step by step
This ensures each step is safe, effective, and personalized

Weeks 1–6: Build the Foundation, Step by Step (~30 min movement + ~30 min strategy per session)

Each session is reserved exclusively to ensure personalized, uninterrupted attention
Couples or multiple clients cannot share a single session — each client is scheduled individually
Due to travel and routing constraints, last-minute cancellations or reschedules cannot be accommodated
Emergency Exception: In rare, true emergencies, a missed session may be made up once at my discretion
